Ok, I got it
October 6-7 ,2007
On Satury Day I woke up at 5:30 to get ready for my first district conference here in Japan. I had to be on the bus before 7 but I was finished getting ready at 6. After I was all set to go at 6 in my rotary T-shirt and jeans I got a life saving email from Mark, warning me   that this was a formal conference. I had to unpack and repack all my clothes (good thing I got up early!) After a 3 hour bus ride with about only 7 Rotarians on my bus, we finally made it to Kitami! I met up with Veronica and we chatted while we waited for mark to arrive. He arrived just before the opening ceremony. After the oepning ceremony we went on a tour of Kitami and got to see a Russian Brewery (we ate lunch there too) and a farm where they used to grow and make the famous Kitami Mint. But they don't make so much of it anymore. After that we went into the mountains and went to a small tea shop where we got to sample many different kinds of teas. We then returned to the Conference and set up our table with things about the country we come from.

Okhotsk Brewery, Okhotsk is a Russian Brand and it's also the name of the sea that Kitami is located on.
Our meal, It was really delicious, I'm sure it would've tasted better with Beer instead of Orange Juice though ;)
Mark Took a Coaster as a suvenior
Me in front of the house in Mint park (where they used to make Mint)
Do you know this Plant? Hops, they use it in Beer. Mark had to point this out to us. Of course a German would know ;)
Tea Time! Cheers!
The Table, we filled it up pretty well don't you think?
The inbounds in their Blazers, pretty sharp looking!
